Wed. March 29

From mid-day, sunny MO,

It took us part of the night to thaw out but we ended up having a good night with the girls not getting my attention until about 5:00 this a.m.

Jim joined both breakfast groups this a.m., but left the second one a little early as he was to see Dr. Kozminski. The report there was no spread of cancer - so good news. Now I need to get his Celebrex prescription filled for him to start on Monday.

Jim is in a prone position now on the bed - reading his current book - Robert B. Parker - GUNMAN'S RHAPSODY. He plans on reading about an hour and then will head over to the track.

We did spend about 45 minutes searching both locker rooms this a.m. as one of the freshman boys could not locate his pole yesterday. We finally found it in one of the cardboard carriers for poles in the girl's locker room - although the three younger ones swore up and down yesterday that they checked at least two times - oh, well - at least it was found and there won't be the cost of replacing it.

I probably won't be on again until Thursday.

Be safe.
B.

Barbara -- you guys should take a look at Drugs.com and read about Celebrex. My doctor took me off it a couple of years ago because she didn't think it was safe. Studies have linked it with increased risk of heart attack, blod clot, and stroke. All the Cox-2 inhibitors have been taken off the market by the FDA -- Celebrex is the last one left and God only knows how they've managed to avoid the hook...
