From a sunny MO,

This has been a rather slow day for us. Jim was moving early and enjoyed both of his breakfast groups. When he returned home, we headed to the Y to walk, cleaned up, and then headed to the "Steakhouse" for lunch - each had a side salad and then split a sandwich.

The semi-annual guy came from Botts and Tye this afternoon to check our furnace/AC system -all is okay for another six months - or should be. I took the girls to the bedroom and we sort of dozed while he was here - or at least dozed before he arrived. They didn't hear him at first as Jim was watching for him.

I put a roast in the oven early this a.m. on low and that is the main part of our supper. I will probably fix baked potatoes and then pull a bag of veggies from the freezer - probably Brussel Sprouts as Jim has really been wanting them. I liked them fine until mom choked on them.

We will watch the Texas basketball game this evening. I pulled out some more yarn and will work on some chemo hats will the game is in progress.
