This will be brief as it seems we may be getting another storm rolling through.

We walked this a.m. - again did the 1.25 mile trek. We met David and Vickie Garrett as they were driving to the hospital. Vickie's mom is quite bad and unless there is a major turn-around, she is going downhill rapidly. I think Tom Gatson is meeting with the golf girls so that Vickie can spend time at the hospital from Monday through Friday.

We walked again at WalMart and then have mainly vegetated the rest of the day. I don't know if we hit 100 degrees today, but it was quite close and the humidity was very oppressive this afternoon.

We had rain roll through here about 7:00 - very heavy most of the time and when Jim checked the rain gauge it was 1.25 inches - or thereabouts. I can almost see the grass greening up.

I hear thunder again so will sign off.

Remember I won't be back on until Tuesday evening because of our trip to KC, Embassy Suites, and seeing the cardiologist on Tuesday.
