Sun. & Mon. Jan. 7 & 8

From a sunny, but crisp MO,

We had a good outing to KC on Sunday. We stopped first at Sam's in NKC and then went on to World Market, then to McCoy's for lunch, and finally to the Tivoli to see "The History Boys." I quickly felt quite deficient on my literature background with all the literary terms and verses that were being used. It was a fast paced movie. We were back in Chillicothe just as it was getting dark.

We walked at the Y this morning and then after getting cleaned up, did a series of errands. Eventually we loaded up the girls and headed again to the Amish store - found them open today - and loaded up on Havarti cheese.

We slept much of the afternoon, but have also done some housework prior to and after our nap. I was beginning to stick to the kitchen floor with my bare feet so decided that it was past time to get some scrubbing done. We have also run the vacuum. After cleaning up a myriad of leftovers this evening, we will settle in for some hopefully good football.

We don't have specific items planned for Tuesday other than taking trays to Velma. Helen is coming so we are planning on meeting at the Beijjing for lunch.
